Hi there!

My name is Katherine, and I'm the owner and lead photographer of Katherine Budny Photography (KBP). I'm so glad you're here! Let me tell you a little bit about myself and my journey in photography.

I grew up with an eye for photography, a passion for people, a hunger for travel, and a love for storytelling. In 2008, I began to hone my craft for photography, but it wasn't until a trip to Poland in 2010 that everything changed. There, I met my cousin, who was a photographer, and I became enamored with the art of capturing moments and telling stories through images. That trip was the catalyst for my love for photography, and shortly after, I launched Katherine Budny Photography.

Since then, my team and I have photographed over 300 events, specializing in weddings, elopements, portraits, and content photography. Our style is light and airy, editorial, romantic, raw, and fresh, but our main goal is to create images that capture the essence of your love and the special moments of your day. We want to create memories that you'll cherish for a lifetime.
